Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 22:
A meeting of the Directors’ Board of Kannur International Airport Ltd
(KIAL) has decided to float tender for construction of runway, roads and
drainage facilities. The board has authorised a tender value of Rs 700 crore
for the construction activities. Announcing this here, K. Babu, Minister for
Ports and Airport, said here that tender procedures would be completed before
April-end. He added that an evaluation committee headed by the KIAL Managing
Director would examine the tenders received
